Howdy Folks!
I am a regular football player, and small injuries don't hurt me a lot. However, since my last match, I have had a knee and shoulder injury, which is not properly soothing. Right now, I am in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and have taken medication on the advice of my GP. Although there is a reduction in pain but muscle rigidness is not lowering.
So, I am thinking of getting a massage, and the majority of my teammates are referring to sports massage. I found good information about different types of Belfast sports massage here but I am not sure which one would be the best fit for me. When I did online research, most articles recommended deep tissue massage because of its effectiveness. The second option that I have is Petrissage.
I want to employ Petrissage to fix my shoulder pain because it is worsening day by day. Do you think I chose the right types of sports massage. Also, what other massage therapies you would like to suggest?
