EVA Air has created a cancellation policy that you can cancel your flight ticket within the first 24 hours of booking your flight and if you forget to cancel your ticket, you can cancel it up to 1 hour before your EVA flight, but the departing airline will charge you a small cancellation fee for this. EVA Air 24 hour cancellation policy
EVA Air's 24-hour cancellation policy allows you to cancel any ticket to/from the United States without penalty if:

•You book your ticket directly via EVA Air (website, mobile application or ticket office), and
• Book your ticket at least one week (168 hours) before your flight departure, and
• You cancel within 24 hours of booking, and
• You submit a refund request within 24 hours of purchase.

The 24-hour cancellation policy is valid for all types of tickets purchased to/from the United States, provided you meet all the conditions above.
