Mindfulness meditation involves focusing on the present moment and observing your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Vipassana meditation is a traditional Buddhist technique that involves observing bodily sensations to gain insight into the nature of reality. Transcendental Meditation uses a mantra to transcend thought and reach a state of deep relaxation. Mantra meditation involves repeating a word or phrase to help focus the mind and promote relaxation.
